Empowering TARUMT Students for a Secure Future

Our co-founder, Kimberly Law, recently engaged with Year 2 Banking and Finance students at TARUMT through an insightful session titled “Mind Over Maths: Financial Personality is the Key to Retirement.”

Through her experience as a licensed financial planner in Malaysia, Kimberly emphasised that successful wealth management begins with self-awareness. The students explored various money personalities, learning how their inherent traits influence their spending tendencies and saving habits.

Apart from sharing these financial personalities and their respective traits, Kimberly also introduced simple and actionable methods designed for students to master before entering the workforce.

The talk managed to shift the perception of retirement planning from a distant concept to an engaging and relatable goal that is relevant even to young adults that have yet to step into the working world.
