We were given a quiz to identify what our personal finance behavior profiles were (surprise, surprise, opposites tend to attract!). The key portion of the class was when we were asked to discuss values with our partner such as career, lifestyle, savings, investment, children and retirement. This was such a useful exercise to ensure couples align on their financial strategies and can then work together to achieve them. I especially like that the prompts were very specific which facilitated the discussion well. I highly recommend that couples especially those thinking of having long-term relationship attend the class to increase your knowledge of managing your financial future together!
